With steel grit and the use of recyclers, you’re able reuse the grit a minimum of 50-100 times, whereas, with single-use abrasives, you must dispose of waste once you’ve used your product. This cost savings alone is one of the major factors for utilizing steel grit.

Steel grit is a dustless media, so your workers can perform work with more visibility, preventing double passes on the substrate. Also, due to its dustless properties, there is less cleanup required with steel grit when compared to a single-use abrasive.
